Harri Lähdesmäki
Entrepreneur/Project Manager/Project Director
"Projecart"—the art of project management—came to me naturally when I was brainstorming a name for my company. Project management demands expertise, the right attitude, knowledge, and skill. When challenges arise—as they often do in IT projects—the project manager needs creativity on top of everything else. That is the true art of project management.
I now offer this mastery of the craft to those who need it. I bring to the table all the expertise and experience I have gained over nearly 30 years in the IT industry. If you need someone to drive your project to a successful conclusion, you are reading about exactly that kind of professional.
Why me?
No matter what the project is, I guarantee I will bring at least three things:
Trust—you can rely on me to do everything I can to ensure the project's success.
Convenience: I take charge of the project and work independently, so the client doesn't need to keep an eye on things.
Credibility—the client or their customers don't have to wonder whether anything will actually come of it.
I bring experience, a sense of security, and a practical mindset to my clients. I believe that every individual is valuable and deserves to be treated accordingly. I enjoy working with people—whether in a team, a group, or whatever term one prefers. I have frequently stepped into entirely new operating environments and tackled subject matters that were previously unfamiliar to me. Consequently, I have gained experience across a wide range of operations, technologies, work processes, requirements, and people.
My CV outlines what I have done and what I consider the core strengths of my expertise. However, I also find what is *missing* from the CV to be interesting; there is certainly much more to explore, and I am eager to learn about those areas as well.
